HR Rectmt & Operations Manager - Mumbai - MNC Bank-Investment Banking

We are setting up the Investment Banking arm for one of the largest
Financial Services Organizations in the world in Mumbai.

Currently we are looking for a Manager - Recruitment & Operation who
will report to the Delivery Leader HR at Mumbai. Please see the

.Will be responsible for all Recruitment Related Activities. On time, Within Budget, Right Quality Delivery will be the key Mantra for this role. Will also assist the Delivery Leader HR in other Operations and people related activities.

·Will establish Vendor Partnership and maintain a healthy database of active Recruitment Partners
·Will be responsible for delivery of Resources within agreed TATs across levels – this will primarily be in the Investment Banking arena
·Engage Internal Customers proactively through all phases – Requisitioning of resources, drawing up of Jds, giving out mandates all the way to hiring· Set up a rigorous MIS practice and ensure report outs to Internal Customers, Partners, Clients and Corporate HR as per agreed timelines and agreed formats.
·Assist the DL HR in HR operation related activities.
·Understand the Recruitment needs of Customers, specific job profiles and person specifications in terms of knowledge, skills and
other traits required of various jobs in the Banking/Financial Services space.
·Deploy appropriate sourcing methodology to source right candidates for various jobs in a speedy and cost-effective manner.

Experience:
·Typically 5-7 years experience in Recruitment environment preferably in baking/Banking Back Office with exposure to investment Banking
·Would have had exposure to HR operations at some stage in his/her career
·Would have had exposure in working in a process driven environment
·Would have worked with external vendors to build efficiency
·Experience in handling large volume recruitment
·Considerable knowledge of HR Products, policies and processes
