We have the following requirements for a few of our Precious Clients in Bangalore.

1. Hr Executive
Primary skills
Experience about 3 years in the following areas
* Recruitment
* HR Administration
* Training & PA Coordination
* Policy & process implementation
* Employee developmental activities
* Employee relations.
Good communication skill

Secondary Skills-
As facilitator, work closely with all the core functions and at all levels of management to provide comprehensive HR solutions at all times.
High level of ‘Internal Customer Service’ orientation
Expertise in dealing empathetically and sensitively with employees with the ability to work under pressure
Desired Skills-Working knowledge in MS Office
Domain Knowledge-Exposure to IT industry
Role-Executive – Human Resources

Education: PG degree in HR from any regional institution

2. Employee Relation Executives
Experience about 2 years in the following areas:
* Employee relations activates in an IT company.
* Able to address onsite employee issue in HR & Admin related areas.
* Should have aggressive task oriented and problem solving attitude.
* Focused on employee and customer delight.
Possess good communication skill

Secondary Skills-
* As facilitator, work closely with all the core functions and at all levels of management to provide comprehensive HR solutions at all time
* High level of ‘Internal Customer Service’ orientation
* Expertise in dealing empathetically and sensitively with employees with the ability to work under pressure
* Willing to work at outstation locations like Hyderabad, Pune, Gurgaon, Kolkatta

Domain Knowledge-
Experience in IT industry is preferred.
Good candidate from BPO companies can be seen

Qualification-
Education: PG degree in HR or Public Relations

3. Hr Assistant
Experience about 2 years.
* Worked as HR assistant in an IT company.
* Knowledge of HR documentation & routine HR administration.
Good communication skill
Secondary Skills-
* High level of ‘Internal Customer Service’ orientation
* Expertise in dealing empathetically and sensitively with employees with the ability to work under pressure
Role-HR documentation
Qualification-Education: B Com/B Sc/ PG degree in HR

4. Sr. Executive - Human Resources
Experience: 3 – 5 years
Essentials: Professional qualification in HR 3 – 5 years experience in core HR field ( Employee Relations ) Should have managed core HR functions independently and advise the team in different functions Should be people friendly and answer their queires Preferred persons from ITES industry Responsibilities include a) Recruitment Activity monitoring b) Employee Relations management c) Performance Management administration d) Compensation and benefits administration e) Statutory benefits knowledge Should be willing to work in Night Shift (Shifts will be on a rotation basis) Candidate staying close to ITPL will be preferred
