Job Title: HR Manager
Number of Openings: ONE

Overall Functional Scope
Responsibility to build a strong HR oriented organization.

Reporting to
Head-Human Resources Development

Responsibilities
Implementing HR policies and processes and other HR initiatives in their respective areas
Responsible for implementation of strategies and co-ordination with the entire team to achieve targets and deadlines
Attrition management - Conducting Exit interview and reporting data
Support and maintain positive employee relations
Effective and timely resolution of issues
Ability to understand and deliver multiple stake-holder needs
Participate in quality review meetings and help ensure quality of deliverables
Support review and updation of current policies and practices.
Drive Initiatives with the ability to explore, discover new grounds to make QuEST an HR oriented organization.

Skill Sets
Demonstrated track record of change mgmt and successful employee relations. in large organizations.
Excellent communication, presentation, organizational and written skills Strong word processing and PowerPoint skills.
Articulate speaker with exceptional presentation and communication skills
Proactive, willing to work in an unstructured environment
Ability to work around organization matrixes in a boundary less, cohesive
Good team management and interpersonal skills
Extremely flexible and scalable to the dynamics of change in Industry.

Indicative Years of Experience
Total 6-8 years in IT/ITES/manufacturing concern.

Educational Background
Graduate/Post Graduation from a reputed/ premier institution. Basic Graduation in engineering would be a strong plus.

Other Relevant Information
Full Time; Based at Bangalore, India.
