1. The skill matrix:
Candidates should be post graduates in HR from reputed institutes. 12+ years related experience in the software / ITes industry.
Impeccable communication skills, resource management and leadership
skills.
Responsible for entire gamut of HR functions in the Company including recruitment, compensation & benefits management, employee relations and implementation of HR policies working closely with senior management.
Prior work experience in an MNC is an added advantage.
The code would be: AHR
2. The skill matrix:
Professional qualification in HR
3 – 5 years experience in core HR field ( Employee Relations )
Should have managed core HR functions independently and advise the
team in different functions.
Should be people friendly.
Preferred persons from ITES industry.
Responsibilities include :
a) Recruitment Activity monitoring
b) Employee Relations management
c) Performance Management administration
d) Compensation and benefits administration
e) Statutory benefits knowledge
Should be willing to work in Night Shift (Shifts will be on a
rotation basis)
The code would be:HRE + yrs of exp.
