Recruiter

We have an urgent requirement to ramp up our recruitment team. Please see the profile of the requirement as under:

Role & responsibilities:
1.Devising recruitment strategy
2.Meeting the staffing requirements - end to end solutions.
3.Expertise in sourcing, identifying, selecting, interviewing and hiring IT professionals.
4.Experience in recruiting permanent and contractual talent for technologies like ERP (Oracle Applications), CRM,Java, J2EE, BEA, Web logic, Microsoft technologies, Internet/client-server technologies, System administrators, Data ware-housing, Legacy Systems, technical support, etc
5.Exposure in domestic and overseas recruitments.
6.Short listing profiles, conducting pre-screening sessions and co-ordinating the interview schedules, salary negotiations, designing
salary structures for the selected candidates, making offers & ensuring the delivery of the candidate at the given deadline.
7.Have exposure to organising mass recruitments. Conducting Interviews/ walk in.
8.Skills in networking and headhunting for cost effective recruitment.
9.Posting Jobs/ Lookout for resumes on job sites,
10.Referral checks
11.Familiar with Visa procedures
