HR Manager – For a Top 20 Software Company in Pune
Our client is a SEI-CMM Level 5, $150 million, 5000 employee strong, global provider of network management systems and telecom software services. They are ranked 7th in the list of Top 20 Indian Software companies. Headquartered in Pune, they have development centers in Mumbai and UK. They design, develop, enhance, support, VV&T and do the full-life cycle application support, and system integration services for Network Management Systems, telecom billing, security, next-generation communication networks, switching, migration, and legacy system support.
Job Profile:
We are searching for a self-motivated Human Resources Manager who would have overall responsibility for the Human Resources function of a 2500 people development center.
They would be responsible for post-hiring functions. We are looking for competent professionals with excellent written and verbal communication skills. They should have an eye for detail with an analytical mind-set.
He / She would responsible for the core HR activities, specifically Performance management and Organizational Development as mentioned below.
PMS
- Formulate & institutionalize a performance management system in the organization
- Evaluate existing system and recommend improvements/ changes or a totally new system
- Streamline the performance appraisal process to meet organization needs
- Evaluate existing promotion process and recommend improvements / changes
- Streamline the assessment center process to make it more objective
OD
- Evaluate existing organization environment & processes
- Design new OD initiatives in the areas of Career Planning & Development, Competency Mapping and Assessment, Job Description/Job Evaluation, HR diagnostic studies, Employee Surveys, HR Interventions, Change Management and Research based HR Products.
- Ensure acceptability of new design by the senior management and employees.
- Implement OD initiatives to bring People Care function in line with best of industry practices
Qualifications: -
The ideal candidate would possess a post graduate degree in HR (MBA / MPM) and
5-10 years of experience of which the last few years would be in a leading IT/Software company or MNC.
