HR Requirements for Mumbai

I have,for one of my Client (A leading BPO in Mumbai), following requirements:

AM-ER
(Female/Male)
Non BPO acceptable
Span : 1 person reporting
Exp-4-5 yrs
Timings-mornings but with extended hrs till 9:00 pm 3 days a week + expected to stay back to meet process trainees later atleast 2 days a week 11:30 pm)

JD
· Induction of new hires
· Attritions for Training to be curtailed using various ER strategies
· Planning events & R/R for the trainees
· Target to lower the first 30 days attrition from the current by 25%
· liaising with Ops/Support & Trg for Compliances & closures

DM-ER
(Male)
BPO exposure will help
Span: 2 reportees
Exp -5+ yrs
Timings- extended hrs on regular basis typical timings will be 2:30-12:30

JD
· Floor attrition targets to be brought lower than existing by ensuring ER activities
· IJPs/ career planning
· Planning R&R
· Floor communication
· Events etc
Communication & front ending skills/ Presentation & marketing events/ Strong on documentation.

Manager (6+ yrs)
(Male/Female)
Manufacturing/Fis/Services/IT/BPO
Exp-6+ yrs
Timings-General, with extended hrs

JD
· Overseeing the general HR function
· First line decisions on MIS/payroll/Appraisals disciplinary issues
· MIS generation on attrition management
· policy docs/ process BPMS/ Quality COPC stds
· Excellent Comm skills/ number skills/ pleasant personality
