Desired Qualification - Engg ( 94 -97 ) + MBA ( 97-99 Batch) with Total Exp. of More than 6-8 yrs in any Multinationals / Reputed Indian Corportates

Desired Background - From Sales / Ops / Finance / Banks / Financial Institutions

Must have team Handling Experience

U will be responsible for Hiring, managing, developing, and evaluating FTE's staff to ensure proper methods/techniques are used to achieve the highest levels of quality and service to meet client
goals
Responsible for defining procedures and policies and recommending design features based on customer feedback.
Responsible for meeting the quality standards of the SOW by quality monitoring, feedback and daily and weekly review.
Reviews statistical data regarding productivity levels and performance; making recommendations and takes actions where appropriate.
Preparing operational and financial reports to ensure budgetary/ operational requirements are met.
Conducts staff meetings to resolve problems and ensure client
goals are reached.
To evaluate opportunities at client-end and provide outsourcing solutions of processes from Operational, technological and telecom standpoint.
- Motivate the team and innovate on operations methodology to ensure minimum cycle time from spotting the opportunity to actual service delivery(production)
- Co-ordination of the project team, involved in implementing the outsourcing solution.
- Developing key matrices to reflect the efficacy of the outsourcing exercise.
- Identifying Process Linkages and Handoffs, Preparing Feasibility Reports and Project Plans for Migration

GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS

HIGH INFLUENCING SKILLS
SHOULD BE WILLING TO SPEND AT LEAST 18 MONTHS IN THIS ROLE
