Satyam is on the look out for high energy candidates who are interested in spearheading specific Associate Relations roles as part of the Corporate HR Team at Satyam-Hyderabad.

Role 1: Asst Manager-Communication & Contact
The role involves spearheading various communication and contact channels for associates (employees) and the senior management.These would include inputs for the company news letter, management review updates to employees,alumini communication through gatherings etc.
Candidates involved in a similar role will be prefferd. Excellent written communication, ability to articulate and a flair for writing is a must for the job.
Location- Hyderabad
Exp- 4-6 years

Role 2: Manager- Organization Culture
The role involves spearheading the organization wide culture building intiatives.This would include responsibility for monthly inductions,conducting Ethics Audit and climate surveys that help nurturing the right culture accross the organization.
Candidates involved in a similar role at a Corporate Level will be preferred. Location- Hyderabad
Exp- 7-9 years

Role 3: Dy Manager- Business Continuity
The role involves ensuring a Safe and Healthy work enviornment and culture for associates. The candidate would be involved in organizing Health check ups, Health Alerts, Occupational Health Hazard conselling, etc
Candidates involved in a similar role at a Corporate Level will be preferred.
Location- Hyderabad
Exp- 5-8 years

Role 4: Asst Manager- Work Life Balance
The role involves ensuring a work life balance for associates through various events and gatherings from time to time.
Candidates involved in a similar role at a Corporate Level will be preferred.
Location- Hyderabad
Exp- 4-6 years

Location for all positions will be the:Corporate office at Hyderabad
