For this they are looking for some body with 6+ years of experience in entire gamut of HR. He/she must be MBA/ MA (SW) from top institute with experience in Software/ Hardware industry.
Startup environment experience is highly preferred.
Person would be responsible for setting up and making all the HR functions of this company running.
He/She would be responsible for core HR functions like Performance Management, Compensation Structuring, OD, Training and other HR policies & processes along with Recruitment.
