Reliance Mutual Fund is a part of the Rs. 99,000 crores. Reliance Group. It is one of the fastest growing Mutual Funds in India today. It has Assets under management (AUM) of more than INR 10000 CR. It has a presence in more than 25 locations in India and there are plans to expand further. This fast growing and dynamic organization needs Manager - Recruitment( at Mumbai). The job profile is as follows:
Evolve the manpower plan for the organization in consultation with the Senior management
Ensure that all the open positions (country wide)are filled within the stipulated timeline
Effectively liaise with vendors to ensure timely and speedy response -Generate awareness and interest for the Employee Referral Scheme
Recommend and implement alternate channels of effective and cost effective recruitment
Handle Campus Recruitment and Summer internship initiative

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
Must be an MBA
5-6 yrs of work experience in financial services background.
Sound communicational abilities
Ability to deal effectively with Senior management
Target oriented
Team player and sound negotiation skills
Stretch and flexibility
