1. Position Title-Manager Human Resources (An HR generalist position)

This is an HR operations job and we are looking for an individual who is conceptually strong and has handled fast paced organizational growth in a systemic organization with business focused HR system and processes. One with an exposure to HR sub functions like Recruitment & selection, Performance management, Training & development, and various employee engagement activities. The candidate should have prior exposure to managing large scale strategic initiatives across the organization. Exposure to PCMM would be preferred. Experience of working in an IT organization is a must.

Should have the capability of driving employee participation within the organization.
Should have the enthusiasm to keep pace with a quality driven, rapidly growing organization.
Should contribute to developing HR systems with strong focus on employee engagement.

Desired Profile - An MBA with specialization in Human Resources from a premier Institute ( XLRI / TISS / Symbiosis ).
Experience Band 4 - 6 years;
Location - The position is based in Bangalore;
Reporting - This is a middle management position which reports to head of HR.
Selection Process - Bangalore based short listed candidates will undergo personal interview. Out location short listed candidates would undergo telecon followed by Personal interviews.
