Desirable traits
Strong Communication / Negotiation Skills
Ability to interact with different levels of people in various
parts of the organization
Self Driven to see end-2-end of the task at hand
Ability to plan details and execute them
Ability to lead a group of 2-3 people in the intiative
4-5 years experience in managing teams preferably initiatives
