1.Practice Leader
Profile:
An HR Generalist with about 7 – 12 years of experience, preferably a
blend of Corporate HR and Consulting. The incumbent should be an MBA
or hold Post Graduate Degree in Human Resources from a reputed
institute.

•Development of new products, services and intellectual property.
•Business development initiatives and successful conversion to keep 4-6 team members fully productive and satisfied.
.Client Delivery – Ensuring services to clients in a timely, qualitative and innovative way through proper planning of resources.
•Ensuring project profitability and cash management
•People Management
•Documenting Learning and Knowledge Management

Position: Assessment Head: Delivery Head: HR vertical

Business Development: developing business for the HR horizontal
Networking: actively networking will HR Heads in different fora
Assessing /interviewing candidates for senior positions in different industry verticals.
Leading delivery for the HR horizontal
Developing suitable assessment frameworks for different roles across industry.
Building the intellectual capital for the assessment practice (researching on different psychometric tools which could be used for assessing candidates for senior positions)
Coach and mentor research associates
Consultative advice to clients on compensation and role profiling for various positions across different industry verticals.
Proving thought leadership to the publications
Handling Internal HR for the company
Strong conceptual understanding of HR systems and processes
Networking Skills
Strong assessment capabilities
Knowledge of psychometric tools/instruments and assessment frameworks
