Duties and Responsibilities
Working in teams to provide assistance to power sector clients in issues relating to sector regulation, sector policies, sector restructuring, project finance, developing business strategy and operations improvement.
Comprehensive interaction with top management of client companies will form an integral part of the role.

Qualifications
MBA (Finance) / Chartered Accountant
Experience (Specific to any organization)
Experience in infrastructure consulting, financial institutions or in financial advisory

Skills required/ Proficiency
Strong analytical skills, good understanding of infrastructure sector specially power, very good communication and presentation skills.

Experience : 2 – 6 yrs

2. Job Title : Manager – Business Group ( Corporate Advisory & Public Private Partnership)
Division/Department :Infrastructure Advisory
Location : Mumbai and Hyderabad
Qualification : MBA (Finance)

Duties and Responsibilities
Lead project teams in assignments related to infrastructure advisory in infrastructure projects/ reforms/ policy advice to Governments/ Government agencies. Assist in business development.
The role in Corporate Advisory would encompass, offering consulting services to clients in the areas of financial consulting, business strategy, corporate planning, market study, marketing strategy, feasibility study etc.

Experience in infrastructure consulting, financial institutions or in financial advisory

Skills Required
