We are currently assisting a multi billion dollar business house in Dubai in locating professionals for certain key positions within the organization.
We currently require:-
(1) SENIOR MANAGER - HUMAN RESOURCES
Candidates from premiere / reputed management institutes having experience between 10 / 11 in human resources functions & would report directly to the General Manager - Human Resources [ who heads the Human Resources function ]. The candidate should be technology / numbers savy & should be sincere & hardworking. He would be involved in resourcing along with policy formulation & implementation. Would also have to be comfortable in interacting with business heads of other business divisions. Should have worked in companies with are well recognized for their HR systems.
2) MANAGER - HUMAN RESOURCES
Candidates from premiere / reputed management institutes having experience between 7 / 8 years in human resources function. This position would directly report in to General Manager - Human Resources.
As Manager - Human Resources one would be responsible for managing resourcing, linked to the manpower plan of the company & the turnover trends of various skills & competencies. Objective setting & implementation of performance management system. Reward management - benchmark & innovate on a regular basis. Creation of progressive systems, along with interfacing HR operations, finance, audit & administration.
(3) ASSISTANT MANAGER - HUMAN RESOURCES
Candidates from premiere / reputed management institutes having experience between 4 / 5 years. This position would directly report in to General Manager - Human Resources & also work closely with the Senior Manager - Human Resources / Manager - Human Resources.
This would be a generalist HR role. Experience in MIS alongwith strong software application skills would be an advantage.
