We have a mandate for an HR Head for a top mnc bank. This is an AVP level position and we need a person of 97-00 batch vintage for this position.
Some of the key deliverables the person is expected to manage are:
* Recruitment Strategy - Management of Hiring Processes, Review of Gaps, Indent Tracker & Reporting, Strategies to improve hiring includingSelection Screens, Hiring A/v etc.
* Retention Strategies
* Attrition MIS - Track, analyse and develop action plans for Attrition Mgmt.
* Employee Engagement
* Performance Management - Coordinating roll out of performance appraisal process, consolidation and assistance in finalisation.
* Compensation - Ensure implementation of approved salary proposals
* Performance Excellence Awards - Selection/Announcement/Ceremonies
* ESS - Coordination & Analysis Feedback
* Exit Interview Analysis
* Budgets - Review, monitor and manage budgets on the HR Spends
* New Initiatives
