Role would require you to Handle End to end recruitment for a
Business Unit;
*Deliver on the Hiring Targets - Hire the best quality at the lowest
cost within the committed timelines
*Mentor & Motivate the Hiring Team and be involved personally in the
assessment / interview process
*Identify key Channel Partners to work with and manage strong
professional relationship with them
*Monitor, Analyze and publish various MIS related to Hiring *Work closely with Senior Management on Recruitment initiatives
