In brief the job responsibilities will consist of :
* Leading C&B function in India with a focus of delivering good C&B practices
* Strategise, Plan and Execute C&B Policies and Practices for the company
* Evaluate on a regular basis C&B policies and practices to benchmark with the leading companies in India
* Manage the entire responsibilities without errors.
* Manage Payroll and associated sub areas such as PF, ESI, Superannuation, and statutory compliances.
Person Specifications:
Graduation with a professional degree in HR management
Excellent communication and leadership skills and also analytical skills
Excellent ability and integrity to deliver results on time
Experience : 5- 7 years in leading companies
Compensation : Will match the best in the industry
