Profile :

1. Engineer / MBA with around 10 to 12 years experience in the Industry.
2. Should have worked on Six Sigma projects preferably a Master Black Belt/ Black Belt
3. Should have lead a factory either as Manufacturing/Production Head or Quality Head.
3. Should have lead productivity and Quality improvement projects himself either as Manufacturing or Quality function
4. Need to be team player, sound business knowledge preferably of FMCG /Engineering industry.
5. Ability to influence Business Leaders, motivate and train people 6. High execution focus and ability to learn
7. Have the Passion for Excellence and the Job

Role :
As head of Quality the role be responsible for
a. Effective Deployment of the Strategic Quality Initiative. This includes working with the Business Leaders within the Division to deploy and maintain Quality Improvement program .
b. Align the Quality Initiatives with the need of the Business and execute the implementation plan
c. Responsible for Six Sigma and Lean deployment at the factories and all Support functions.
d . Work with the Corporate Quality team to assimilate and deploy new initiatives - deployment includes working with Business Leaders in training, mentoring and monitoring of improvement projects
f. Develop the skill set of the people to enable effective deployment of process improvement initiatives
