Head HR For an MNC in Power Sector - GUjarat & Mumbai

H R Solutions has been retained by an MNC in the power sector with a turnover of 1000 cr to recruit a DY GM HR ( Head HR ) for thier operations in Gujarat & Mumbai based at Gujarat


The Role requires the HEAD HR to handle all aspects of IR , HR, PM , Training ,Recruitment, Talent Management ,Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits.
He/she will be reporting in Directly to the MD of the organisation

The ideal candidate should be a post Graduate with specialisation in HR From a Premier institute with a min of 10 years of experience

A Legal Background will be an added advantage.

Salary will not be a constraint for the right candidate.
