Head - International Business Development

One of our clients (part of a $1.2 bn conglomerate)in the BPO
industry is looking for a Head - International Business
Development.The role would require the candidate to be based at the
Corporate office at Chennai, but will involve extensive travel to US
and Europe for business development.He/she shall lead a team of five
business development managers (three of them being in the US and
Europe)

The right candidate would be:

* A Management Graduate necessarily from the premier BSchools
* 5 - 7 years of relevant BD experience.
* Previous experience in international BD ,specifically in areas of IT / ITES will be an added advantage

Compensation for the above position would around 20 Lacs, depending
on the suitability of the candidate.

We are also recruiting Manager - Business Development. This person
would report into the Head - BD and would facilitate the BD
process.This person should also be from a reputed institute with 2-4
years of experience.This person will also require to travel overseas.
