Position – Manager / Sr Manager - HR

Responsibilities -
The incumbent will be responsible for handling the entire gamut of
HR which will include recruitment, training, performance appraisals,
dealing with senior management on a regular basis, leading
innovative HR practices etc
Requirements –
- Should have an MBA in HR from premier/reputed institutes
- Professional experience of 6 - 9 years is required
- Should have excellent communication skills
- Assertive with good interpersonal skills
- Must have a smart personality and should be a go-getter
- Should be able to drive superior performances.
