HR opportunities in Bangalore

We are looking for HR professionals from premier institutes for the following positions:

1) HR Generalist: MBA with 3-4 years of experience - the core functions would be Employee relations, employee communications, mentoring, counselling and operational HR. (3 positions)

2) Manager Corporate HR - MBA with 7-8 years: solid exposure in
Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Employee Development,Formulation and Implementation of HR policies, practices and processes. Candidate needs to come from a strong systems and process driven organization.

3) Head Training & Development: MBA 8-10 yrs experience and definately not less than 7 yrs; will be responsible for Designing & Delivery of Leadership & softskills training; - Organizational Development Initiatives;- should be able to manage a team of Trainers, coordinate Technical Training, have good negotiating and management skills with Training Vendors, all in all be entirely reponsible for all Training and Development of the organization.

4) HR Administration: (3 positions on Contract): Graduates sound in both written and verbal communication, with excellent interpersonal skills, an eye for detail preferably male due to long working hours, responsibilities would entail: Administering Compensation & Benefits program to all employees ; Administering Medical & Insurance Benefits to employees; Addressing queries on HR Policies and Medical/Insurance Policies. Track Income Tax Details on the Benefits Plans opted by employee; Weekly Analysis & Reporting Benefits Plans, Employee queries. Issuing the Appointment Letters, Increment Letters;Maintaining the Database 1-2 yrs of work experience should do.

ALL POSITIONS REQUIRE GOOD COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS. ONLY CANDIDATES FROM IT/SOFTWARE COMPANIES WILL BE CONSIDERED.
