Multiple requirements for junior HR professionals

There are multiple vacancies for HR Generalists and Recruitment Specialists with an IT major at Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore and Chennai. Looking for HR professionals with 1-5 years of experience for both roles. Role definitions are as follows:

Role: HR Generalist
Resonsibilities:

- The Human Resources Generalist provides professional Human Resources Services in all fields related to the Human Resources work. A good communication with the different HR responsible process owners is required to guarantee the existing processes are applied throughout the whole organisation.
- The HR Generalist has got a good knowledge of the payroll-related issues and understands the different pension plans that are in place.
- He/she provides, in co-ordination with the Recruitment process owner, recruitment services for vacant positions.
- The HR Generalist co-ordinates the training initiatives in line with the business expectations and the policies and procedures around training and development.
- He/she assures the correct application of the Performance Management Process in line with the existing practices and assists in function evaluation, classification sessions and 360° feedback sessions.

Role: Recruitment Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Conducts applicant screening; administers tests and recruitment enhancement tools, and refers potential candidates contacted at job fairs, etc., for follow-up interviews.
- Reviews employment applications and evaluates work history, education and training, job skills, compensation needs, and other qualifications and requirements of applicants.
- Interviews applicants; informs applicants of job duties and responsibilities, compensation and benefits, work schedules and working conditions.
