A. Manager - Human Resource
1. Experience - 8 - 10 years
2. Experience profile -
a. must have managed Industrial Relations of significant magnitude including disciplinary matters
b. must have handled strike / lock-out, dismissal / discharge
c. manage Statutory compliances and liaison with govt. authorities
d. Exposure to certification of Standing Orders.
e. Thorough understanding of workmen compensation
f. after significant exposure to IR should have moved to HR
g. must have worked in a factory of significant employee size
(750 + employees)
h. must have managed time office
i. must have managed admin function

3. Qualification - Post graduate qualifications in PM/IR or HR
4. Location - Pune


B. Dy. Manager - Human Resource
1. Experience - 4 - 6 years
2. Experience profile -
a. Must have handled compensation
b. Complete understanding of Compensation & Benefits - organization-wide.
c. Interfacing with survey organizations for purpose of benchmarking.
d. Managing payroll
e. Added advantage If employee has exposure to managing compensation in M&A environment.

3. Qualification - Post graduate qualifications in PM/IR or HR;
Additional knowledge of statistics / economics will be an advantage 4. Location - Pune


C. Manager - Human Resource
1. Experience - 4 - 6 years
2. Experience profile -
a. Must have managed PM / HR function in a small factory independently
b. Knowledge of factory statutory compliances
c. Managing Time Office
d. Managing factory admin.
e. Knowledge of disciplinary matters
f. Understanding of workmen compensation
g. Supporting Plant Supdt on managing pro-active employee relations
h. Provide support to Plant Supdt on managing Environment / Community development activities.

3. Qualification - Post graduate qualifications in PM/IR or HR
4. Location - Kandla (Gujarat)
