We have a mandate to source a senior level management professional for the position of Regional Vice-President for a process consulting company based in Bangalore with operations in the United States and Europe.
The RVP will head the APAC Consulting Services team and is responsible for managing customer relations, ensuring customer satisfaction through successful delivery of projects and extending the range of services and products in the market.
Responsibilities:
Sell services to APAC prospects in the pre-sales cycle, including delivery of service quotes
Own the post-sale customer relationship at all levels
Grow the services business in the APAC region
Protect footprint with a customer
Create and negotiate statements of work that represent project involvement
Participate in business and budget planning for services in the region
Forecast services demand in the region
End-to-end responsibility for projects
Revenue and margin delivery as per targets for the APAC region
Personnel performance review on projects
Work with Product Management team on product delivery services
Requirements
B.E./B.Tech./MBA
10+ years of system integration and consulting experience with 6+ years of large project management and 4+ years of large account management
Must have experience managing relationships with customers at a senior management level
Must have experience in selling and delivering services in the APAC region
Strong knowledge in supply chain management preferred
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
