SAP Labs has a couple of openings in HR

Responsibility: The person would be doing operational/functional work (loads of flexibility. Is a not a strait-jacketed kind of role). S/he will be an HR generalist with Line HR responsibilities for around 200-300 colleagues. In addition to this, s/he might have functional responsibilities which would be across LOBs.

Skills: The position requires excellent communication skills, good interfacing skills, good analytical skills and passion to excel. The ideal candidates would be well grounded in key HR concepts and should have experience in handling issues independently. The work environment is extremely fast paced and the candidate should be open to work long hours if required. The person needs to be conceptually strong, have an aptitude to constantly learn and upgrade knowledge/skills, possess excellent communication ability and interpersonal skills

Profile: HR Professionals from premier institutes with an experience of 1 to 3 years. .
