Head HR Opening in MNC Org - Gurgaon

We have an interesting opportunity of Head HR for a leading MNC financial Services organisation based at Gurgaon.

Position : HR Head based out of Gurgaon. It is an AVP / VP level position with 3 Regional HR Managers reporting into this position.

Experience - 5 - 8 yrs


Some of the key deliverables the person is expected to manage are:

Recruitment Strategy - Management of Hiring Processes, Review of Gaps, Indent Tracker & Reporting, Strategies to improve hiring including Selection Screens, Hiring A/v etc. Retention Strategies Attrition MIS - Track, analyse and develop action plans for Attrition Mgmt. Employee Engagement
Performance Management - Coordinating roll out of performance appraisal process, consolidation and assistance in finalisation.
Compensation - Ensure implementation of approved salary proposals
Performance Excellence Awards - Selection/Announcement/Ceremonies ESS - Coordination & Analysis Feedback Exit Interview Analysis Budgets - Review, monitor and manage budgets on the HR Spends New Initiatives
