The Job
You will be heading the HR for the company's new Business Unit for the region, managing all HR related activities which includes Performance Management, Organization and Employee Development, Recruitment, Induction and Training, Employee Relations. HR systems and Policies, compensation and Benefits; especially sales compensation management. The position is located at Bangalore and you will be required to coordinate with HR functional organization at Noida and San Jose for delivery of services to all the Business Units present at Bangalore. Job Specifications
An MBA in HR management with approx. 10-12 years of experience, including independent responsibility for a sizeable business unit in a multinational environment. Exposure to HR management of a sales organization is essential.
