Job Profile/Responsibilities
Plan and implement recruitment process for a Sales function. Implement policies relating to recruitment and retention, design sales incentive plans & implementation of performance systems. Work to implement the HR strategies across sales system
Ensure effective recruitment of sales personnel for both distribution channels
Implement appropriate sales performance management supporting processes and systems
Contribute to a customer focused, market oriented and responsive company
Meeting the recruitment targets for both sales distribution channels
Development and implementation of HR support system for sales
Required Skills/Knowledge/Competencies
Ability to link all activities back to personal and organizational objectives and is prepared to question the value of all activities to ensure excellent customer service
Should be focused on delivering results, which are tangible and measurable both in terms of time and quality
Will need to work closely with colleagues and external resources to deliver value added products and services
Must have the ability to influence at all levels, providing logical and compelling arguments and supplementing the same with relevant data
Builds lasting relationships within and outside the organization and uses the network for the benefit of all parties
Is able to evaluate competing priorities and provides logical and implemental solutions
