Desired profile of the candidate:

Versant Technologies Inc currently looking for experienced
Recruitment Manager. Who have full life cycle recruiting experience
in IT Staffing Company for the US market. This is a key position
will responsible to plan, manage, train, develop and direct the
overall recruiting processes including leading a team of recruiters,
follow up and coordination between vendors, consultants and US
office. We are looking for people that have tremendous drive to grow
in their careers and want to build a long-term relationship with our
company.

Desired work experience:
1) Must be an MBA/ PGDM.
2) 4 to 5 years of experience (including IT staffing for the US
market).
3) The incumbent should have tenured two years or more in
supervisory role level/position in the current job.
4) Must posses excellent verbal and communication skills
(documentation and spoken).
5) Ability to think out-of-box.
6) Readiness to work in continuous night shifts is a must.
