Position Title : Senior Manager, Recruitment
Location : South
Education and Experience
Education – PG / MBA in HR (Preferable)
Experience – 12-17 years relevant experience .
Should Be Tech-Savvy
Principal Accountabilities / Activities
Ensure that the Hiring Targets are met across Bands and meet all CTQs as per the Hiring BPMS.
Manage and Develop the Hiring/Souring Team.
Ensure there is a Process Rigor on all the Hiring Process and be a champion of ARC and help them to move up the Value chain.
Build and Maintain the Hiring Organization structured around key deliverables to fulfill hiring needs.
Drive excellence in Channel Management. Re-vamp Low cost channels of Hiring.
Driving Digitization in Hiring and move up the standards of assessment.
Essential characteristics
Strong people management skills with proven abilities in leadership
Ability to focus on customer’s needs and deliver them consistently. Working in a cross-functional Team / Good inter-personal skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent Analytical Skills / Ability to Push back
· High level of energy and ability to energize others
