Should be "Talent Transformation Head" – responsible for all training/development
Must take care of all Technical and Business skill development programs in Wipro Infotech
There is a all India Dimension - 6 regions today - 10 tomorrow …APAC, ME( KSA and RoME) 13 regions; 6 divisions - very diversified geography..different divisions hence training needs will be very varied
Support and implement competency based frameworks, programs and ensure - "Fit for role/job" approach - certification to get into , progress for roles
Training centers/infrastructure
Courseware
Linkage with CHRD(Corporate), Wipro Techonologies Training institute
External consultants networking - outsource the right portions of efforts and training programs
Handle Training MIS, Reports and track and improve performance and Business Impact of TT

Graduate, Post Graduate, should be experienced Trainer rather than only training manager - with 10 + years experience.
