training head : India

I am looking for a Training Head for one of my clients (One of the top ITeS companies in India) for their Bangalore and Mumbai business Units.

The Details are:
Position: Head of Training (Business Unit )
Position Objective: Lead, supervise, manage and enable the training team in the BU to deliver High Quality Training Solutions to enhance and help employees to achieve high levels of performance with high focus on Operations teams.

Supervises: Training team across India, with a span of over 70:

Financial Impact: Training budgets including salary budgets for the
training team; defining an overall strategy that that has the right blend of outsourcing and insourcing

Qualification: MBA or requisite qualification in Training or Psychology or related fields

Experience: (Years) Around 10 -15 years of experience in Training and setting up of training departments

Responsibilities:
'Plan and strategize key training initiatives in line with the client requirements.
'Design and develop training processes (need identification to feedback and follow through) in consultation with the training teams.
To ensure uniform quality of training being delivered by all training teams in line with client requirement
'To define job responsibilities, supervise and review performance on an ongoing basis.
'To provide growth opportunities and develop new skills and expertise for all members of training team.
'To build team synergy & bonding.
Groom and develop training talent in-house
Develop & implement a training calendar based on a robust training need analysis
Constantly evaluate training effectiveness and bring improvements

Unique Knowledge & Skill Requirement:
'Knowledge of the call center industry with a focus on understanding the clients business.
'Managerial, supervisory and leadership skills, Analytical and
Interpersonal skills. Training and facilitation skills. Guiding in design and development of training modules. Ability to plan ahead and crisis management and manage Change. Multitasking. Recruiting and developing subordinates. Presentation skills. Client Handling & Networking.
