HR jobs with CRY

Job Title: Manager - HR

Responsibilities:
§ Handling the recruitment and selection of employees in CRY for the region
§ Designing and conducting the orientation and induction programs for
all new recruits so that they understand the organization and their role better
§ Maintaining all employee related information and data such as
personal file, history, transfer, etc.
§ Understanding the training requirements of various employee groups
and organizing appropriate training and development programs around these needs
§ Managing the Performance Management System for the Region, which
includes the annual goal setting process & the mid year and end year review, documentation and feedback process
§ Implementing all the relevant HR systems & policies such as
compensation, benefits and rewards, employee discipline and grievance, entry and exit formalities, leave and attendance, and employee communication
§ Organizing culture building and workplace climate improvement
activities such as resolving conflicts, get-togethers, picnics, employee-children meets, etc.
§ Ensuring the smooth execution of key administrative tasks related to
estate, office facilities and equipment
§ Ensuring CRY's statutory compliance in relation to the areas of
Shops and Establishment Act, etc
§ Responsible for process improvements in one of the following areas
of recruitment, training, performance management.


Educational Qualifications and Experience:
Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Human Resources / Personnel Management with 5-6 years relevant experience post PG Degree / Diploma in HR specifically in the area of Recruitment

Skills and competencies:
Good communication skills
Ability to influence decision making
