Role :The Executive Assistant
Reporting Relationship: Managing Director
The person will be instrumental in driving key tactical and strategic projects.
The Executive would be responsible for planning, directing, managing and coordinating the rapid growth in the next couple of years.
Ensuring that strategic initiatives are driven across the organization and these projects are tracked and monitored.Research and Analysis - Industry reports, spearheading white papers, concept notes etc. will be a part of the job responsibility.
Ideal Profile: Engg and MBA
2- 4 years experience in a similar role or having had exposure to multiple functions - either in the same capacity or as a consultant
Preferably from the BPO/Banking and Financial Management
Worked in a global role - has exposure to working in a multicultural environment
Project Management and Quality Fundamentals exposure
