Responsibilities
Develop, coordinate and implement a variety of ISTG People Development and Training strategies and programs to meet business objectives.
Provide perspective and voice of GAR People Development needs by partnering closely with the business and its employees, and global ISTG People Solutions Team including HR, Communications and Org Development.
Demonstrated competency and experience in program management, influencing, contracting, consulting, negotiating and assessment in order to design and implement solutions to complex systemic problems and opportunities.
Requires ability to partner with and influence senior business managers, as well as the ability to broker training and organization development resources as needed.
