Position : Marketing - Executive

JobDescription :
- Implementation of market development programs across the country ? Lead generation and consumer contact programs (work-premises, residential localities, malls, schools)
- Liaison with various agencies (promotional, advertising, direct marketing agencies) for ideation, developing and creating execution module for various marketing programs
- Development of the content, designing of the sales aid tools related to field marketing programs
-Conduct briefing sessions to various sales channels in the branches for the on-ground implementation of marketing programs across India
Negotiating with various agencies for cost effective execution and sourcing innovative marketing aids.

Job Specification :

- MBA with at least 2-4 years experience in sales and marketing function.
- Experience in consumer promotions, event managements,
- Industry preference: Insurance / financial services/ FMCG industry
- Prior experience in marketing services, dealing with agencies and vendors will be an added advantage.
- Out of box thinker, can-do attitude, enthusiastic, go-getter with positive attitude preferred.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to handle cross-functional team.

Salary: 2 - 3 Lacs Annual CTC
