Generalist HR Role with Satyam-Bangalore

Satyam-Bangalore is on the look out for an HRresource with about 5-6 yrs experience.

Key Responsibilities :
Resource coordination & deployment :Facilitate movements as per requirement : As and when required

Compensation & benefits :
Facilitate Payroll processing
Facilitate Leave/ medical / insurance administration
Other benefit administration such as various awards

Performance Management
MIS and Database management
Associate query redressal
Administration of appraisals - triggering, monitoring
Delivery & tracking of outcome

Additionally:
Facilitate research / benchmarking, process / policy review & documentation, prepare & present internal / external communication on area, orientation & implementation
Lead a team of 1-2 associates & be responsible for their performance
§Develop &/or administer systems for online processes, facilitate transfer of processes to them

develop &/or administer management information system that provides HR associates and line / reporting managers with requisite reports regarding associates

Ideal candidate would be a Generalist HR person with strong fundamentals typically from the IT/ITES industry. Candidates based in Bagalore would be preferred.
