Role description – Typical role that a process consultant would play in a BPO environment more specifically in context of HR (ERP) and e-Support framework.
He will be instrumental in understanding various processes and help automate them . Should be extremely good in process mapping, able to understand cross-functional scenarios and have some understanding of various databases (integration and inter-dependence issues – a desirable trait)
