HEAD - TRAINING Mumbai

Key Responsibilities
•Manage and co-ordinate training activities across all functions in India.
•Organize the entire training function/ process in a fast expanding Life Insurance Company on an all India basis with specific
focus on the following:
•Set in place processes for training: identification and prioritising of needs, designing programmes and methodology for
effective learning at reasonable cost, training delivery,
identification and development of faculty and infrastructure,
assessment of training provided, ROI of training
•Recruit, lead and develop a robust training team, with members located in at least 4-5 regions
•Use various methodologies available for cost effective delivery of learning solutions
•Liaise with heads of SBI training centres in India in order to leverage on the facilities.
•Identify, retain & assess the performance of vendors for conducting training & providing training facilities.
•Assess effectiveness of training on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis

Basic Profile MBA / Diploma in Training & Development

Experience :10 - 18 years of progressively relevant experience Should have had an extensive exposure to conceptualising, designing,
and conducting training programmes which ensures learning by
participants Should have experience of managing extensive training activities with both in-house and outsourced faculty; preferably of managing a training centre
