Job Title: Executive - Human Resources

Reports to : Head of HR – site

Location: Punjab

Job Description:
Assist in Manpower Planning, Provide support in handling Employee Communications, Driving Lean sigma and Six sigma initiatives, Driving initiatives for Employee Health, Provide support in handling Employee Training and related activities, Ensure proper documentation to support HR activities, Assist in administering Reward and Recognition schemes, Provide support in Staff Welfare programmes, Provide support in conducting OD and other employee related surveys

Essential Qualifications:
Diploma/ Post Graduation in Personnel Mgt/ Human Resources with 1-3 yrs. Exp.

Desired Skills:
Should have good Documentation, Liasoning, Coordinating, IT proficient, Communication, Interpersonal, and Time Mngt. .
