Role: Partner Account Manager
Position Title: Partner Account Manager
Key Skills: Revenue thru partners, Partner Management
Reports to: Sales Head

Job Profile:
Revenue - drive all sales and marketing activities and achieve / surpass assigned revenue goal thru partners
Build an ideal Partner Portfolio for the territory
Support Partner Business Planning and GTM readiness/alignment to deliver on planned revenue goals
To recruit and work with an ideal portfolio of Solutions and Services partners to address the Mid Market customer base in the territory
Personal & professional development

Key Responsibilities:
Revenue for the territory including Mid Market revenue goals
Individual revenue quota and number of customers and partner adds (new)
Industry Focus to build ideal solution partner portfolio for the market
Developing Strategy to achieve revenue, partner and customer add targets in the CAS and MM segments.
Strategic Sales Support - Drive the top 40% of sales, in terms of revenue opportunity, by actively engaging with partners and presales and relationship managers
Partner Readiness- Develop a community of Solution Sales Professionals within a targeted group of partners
Industry Foundation - Identify and secure customers and related partners / ISVs, who will serve as key references and proof-points for the solutions in that industry
Decisions regarding escalations of strategic opportunities
Selection of partners for GTM investment and engagement
Execution of the Partner and Sales Strategy
Execution of the partner recruitment in the assigned territory

Experience and Knowledge Requirements:
5 to 8 years of experience in business development
Bachelors Degree (BE preferred)
Masters Degree - MBA in marketing

The ideal candidate will have BE/BS degree or equivalent work experience combined with 5-8 years relevant experience in partner management in a solution sales environment

The candidate is comfortable dealing with senior management and has demonstrated the ability to drive revenue in complex account situations while enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty
Track record in successfully recruiting and working with partners
Ability to communicate at all levels within an organization
Solution sales knowledge preferred
Ability to use Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is mandatory
