Job Description:
* Lead a team of 8 - 10 dedicated recruiters.
*Work closely with our India office, to understand the resource
requests and source them in a timely fashion.
*Accountable for servicing all recruitment requests from ! various
sources: Internal (US & India) and External (Consulting opportunities in local India market)
*Responsible to source, screen, interview, and evaluate all levels of candidates for various positions.
*Negotiating salaries with qualified candidates.
*Developing and implementing a robust and cost-effective recruitment
strategy.
*Meeting recruitment time-lines.
*Bridge relevant operations of the US & India offices.

Desired Profile Skills:
*6+ years of experience in hands-on IT recruitment
*Good understanding of various technologies and industry domains *Experience in the complete recruitment cycle from screening, short
listing, interviewing, negotiating and closing.
*Well versed with search engines, job portals, internet surfing,
resume management
*Excellent oral and written communication skills
*Ability to attract talent and motivate thru highlighting corporate
strengths
*Foresight and instinct for creating an efficient recruitment engine *Initiative and drive to keep up with changing technologies and
environmental parameters.
