Base location - Gurgaon

proven experience of 8-10 years in design & development of Performance Management systems, Training Plans and OD interventions

Reporting to : Dir HRD

Job Profile/Responsibilities
Work in areas related to Performance Mgmnt, Training & Development OD , work with Director HR in developing and executing best people practices that support business growth and people alignment., interact as a trainer, facilitator & counselor
Determine the market dynamics and integrate core OD activities/initiatives with the Company's Business and HR strategy
Design specific Rewards, Recognition and People Involvement Strategy, which has a direct impact on people & business growth and ultimately retention
Work on the strategic implementation of Vision & Values which results in business, functional and people alignment. This implies a direct liaising with functions and would necessarily involve the entire Organization (including FPAs)
Foster strong communication channels within the Company (across Corporate, Regional and Branch offices) to facilitate a two-way feedback process.
Effectively network with people in order to pick up the pulse of the organization and design/implement effective OD initiatives such as Mentoring, Buddy scheme.
Provide strategic direction and advice to the Organization on people deployment and their development, through a robust HR strategy aimed to ensure enhanced and continued business success.
Build proactive, online and on time mechanisms that support people processes and seek active feedback to address key people issues

Required Skills/Knowledge/Competencies
Leader with a strong track record of successfully executing strategic business plans. Should have excellent intellect with the capability and vision to implement strategic company level initiatives
Strong result orientation, good interpersonal skills and high level of team building capabilities
Skills in strategizing, planning and delivering alternate approaches aimed at enhancing business results in a demanding environment
Knowledge and experience of managing a training & development function
Able to bring a range of new perspectives to the present organization culture and mandates
Be able to plan key strategic initiatives for the Company to achieve projected market share, productivity and penetration levels in the Indian market
Drives to make excellent customer service a top priority - behaves as a customer advocate
Creates an environment which embraces changes, encourages trying and testing new things
