Location Mumbai
Key Responsibilities
•Formulate, document and update HR policies.
•Design and implement robust HR systems and processes,
particularly:
o performance management system
ototal rewards system with carefully designed fixed and variable pay plans
oemployee recognition system
o career planning and succession planning
omentoring scheme
•Manage employee communications using various media, including intranet
•Assist in day to day functioning of the department
Basic Profile :Post Graduate in HR / Business Administration with
specialisation in HRD from reputed institutes with strong
communication skills
Experience:Over 5 - 10 years experience in HR, OD
Should have hands-on experience in design and roll out performance
management system, variable pay plan, mentoring system for an
organisation with 500+ employees
