In brief the job responsibilities will consist of :
* Continue to enhance Employee Relations at Plant Level
* Manage Internal and External environment to maintain productive environment
* Provide leadership to the Plant from HR perspective
* Lead- ER , IR and HRD activities at the plant level
Person Specifications:
Graduation with a professional degree in HR management
Excellent communication and leadership skills and also analytical skills
Excellent ability and integrity to deliver results on time
Experience : 10-12 years in leading companies
