Lead Recruiter in India

We have an immediate requirement for our MNC Client based in USA. The position calls for heading the Recruitment and HR function in Bangalore. The client has a set-up in Bangalore with 30 - 40 recruiters besides other staff.

Job Description

To oversee the operations of recruiting team (30 to 40 recruiters), working round the clock to support IT and general staffing business in USA. Recruiting will be exclusively limited to consultants / candidates located in USA (US Citizens, Green Card holders or H-1B candidates). The position requires to function during night hours. You will be administratively reporting to the CEO based in Bangalore, but functionally reporting to the Director of consulting services based in USA.

Job responsibilities

Recruit, Train, Manage, and motivate the recruiters to achieve average response time. Implements the policies and procedures of company to ensure highest quality of candidates as well as standardized resume presentation.

Requirements

Ideal candidate would have at least 4 to 6 years of hands on experience in IT recruiting for a midsize staffing company catering to the short term staffing need of US clients.

Education

Graduate with MBA. Must have managed team of 20 or more. Excellent communication (written and spoken) and presentation skills. Verifiable professional references would be required.

Remuneration

Not constraint for exceptionally qualified candidate.
