HR Manager

A large MNC organisation - world's leading provider of microprocessor cards ,smart cards and a major supplier of point-of-sale terminals requires for their India operations Manager - Human Resources to be based in Delhi.Scope of work
Responsible for recommending and implementing complete and innovative human resource programs as determined at Corporate level to support the growth, retention and development needs for India
Manage the full spectrum of the HR function. This includes administration, compensation & benefits, recruitment, career development and training.
Focus is on quality recruitment and compensation surveys.
Promote positive employee relations and employee retention through the implementation of best practice human resource management techniques.
Develop and enhance HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and organization's direction.
Manage the compensation and benefit, rewards and recognition system in line with market forces and company's direction
Work with senior management of various business groups; provide HR advice and support to their different business needs.
Assist managers in the identification of Training and Development needs and implementation of T & D programs.

The position reports to the Human Resources Manager, South Asia (based in Singapore)
